Arriving from careers deeply entrenched in the luxury world spanning art and fashion, Ferida is a luxury purist fascinated by exotic leather and lavish materials and textures, especially crocodile and python skins. Searching the world’s best tanneries and ateliers for the finest skins and accessories, and working with Italy’s most seasoned leather master craftsmen, Ferida designs and creates two major collections each year, which are sold exclusively through luxury boutiques and private trunk shows.

Having started her career in private banking, Ferida’s decision to change industries was a fateful turn to her passion. She pursued a career with Neiman Marcus for 7 years, a leading department store in United States where she built her knowledge for luxury products. Eventually Ferida worked at Christie's in Shanghai, where she brought top clients to sales in New York, London, Paris and Hong Kong. Her global experience helped build her understanding of clients' needs in the luxury world, allowing Ferida to pursue the dream of a line of luxury handbags and accessories. As the founder of her collection, she has searched for the finest tanneries and workshops for the best materials and craftsmen to create her collections.

When not traveling and pursuing her leather goods passion, Ferida can be found at art exhibitions, museums, nature and doing philanthropic work around the globe.
