Delivery
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days with official Cites Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping is offered for orders within Hong Kong.

For international shipping, we offer a flat rate of US$150.

Please note any tax or duties from import will be the responsibility of the receiver of the purchase.

Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products. Meticulous care is used to ensure that our products are impeccable before shipping out. In the rare case that the product delivered was defective, please email us within 2-3 calendar days of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions.
