DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 2-5 business days with official Cites Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.

Orders for delivery in Hong Kong

Shipping for delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge.

Orders for delivery outside Hong Kong

International shipping is serviced by DHL. Shipping for international orders is US$150 with tracking number. If you have questions about whether we deliver to your country, please check with dhl.com or contact us at info@ferida-yang.com

Duties and Taxes

International orders may incur duties and taxes depending on the shipping country. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local postal authority for an accurate computation of fees, taxes or duties that may be incurred for purchases imported to your country.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

If you wish to make a return, please email us with your reason to return within 2-3 calendar days of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

All orders on Feridayang.com are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (approximately 7.8HKD = 1USD). We accept credit cards and Paypal, as well as Apple Pay. The credit cards accepted are Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover. Credit card payments are also processed by Stripe.

DID YOU RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been paid for and confirm, an automated confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. When we have fulfilled and shipped your oder, we will also send you an email. If you have any questions about any pending orders please contact info@ferida-yang.com.

WHERE DO THE LEATHERS COME FROM?

All exotic leather in our collection is sourced from a tannery that meets the LVMH standard for animal welfare, environment responsibility, ethical working conditions. For each exotic leather product, the appropriate CITES certification is also obtained from the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. A CITES certificate ensures that the trading of the exotic skins does not endanger the species survival.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDBAG?
